We saw that there are still some countries who are still facing terrorism, cybersecurity and also wars between countries are still on. A.I.M.S.S is what we feel is the perfect solution for the security of countries. For these specific securities-related problems, A.I.M.S.S will have its high-end camera to keep an eye from the space to all the details and problems that are known to be a threat to the country. A.I.M.S.S will be available to all kinds of country security services The Military, The Navy, The Air Force
Market Demand:
After we talked to many government officials, we understood the basic security factors that a specific country faces from other countries. We also took a small survey from many defense communities of different countries and what is the way of each security service to work and also a few members of our company spent 2–3 weeks in the fieldwork with the border forces to understand their way of functioning and analyze the modifications that can be added to A.I.M.S.S.

There are many other companies in the market for manufacturing smart shades that have features available only for a basic day to day office employee or other industrialist employees that have the simple functions including a display in glass, speaker, microphone camera.

Our target customers are going to be defense associations who want to get a sharper look and the best security for their country. The information that we will require from the association is mainly the countries that are a threat to them or their weak points in their forces in all the fields of work.
Using A.I.M.S.S will be very easy as the details will already be feed in the AI system of A.I.M.S.S and it is voice-enabled which has its connecting satellite so that it can be accessed anywhere and doesn’t always need an internet connection to function. This will help full to all undercover agents who can connect to the country servers immediately.
Required Knowledge or Expertise:
1) Research:
It took a lot of time to create the structure of the glasses as the system is made using Nanotechnology where the parts are nanometric in size also some parts are hard to outsource and also the research development did not have all the information on how to get further with the quality and working of the machine.
We did in-depth research towards the manufacturing of the glasses and the connectivity with satellites.
To make our product legal we had to get permission from the Ministry of Defences. So that A.I.M.S.S could be allowed to use in the field of the defense forces and looking at the history of defense technology there was nothing as advanced and easy to command as A.I.M.S.S.

This system required a heavy knowledge of coding languages like Python, C++, Java, Ruby, SQL, and Swift. Also, a bit of info on working with satellites for security purposes in terms of data leaks or data theft. We had to make our systems hack-proof because it was the countries security in the hands of this device.
The main knowledge we needed to have was what are the policies of different countries when it comes to defense forces and how they do weapons business and how they prepare their tactics.
A.I.M.S.S will also be night vision enabled so that the soldiers don’t have a problem in the battle zone during the night time, and this night vision will have a radius of 10 km. Along with night vision mode, there will also be thermal radiations that will have the same range as night vision.
The battery-life on A.I.M.S.S will be of an average of 20 to 24 hrs of operational time when night vision and thermal radiation are disabled if thermal radiation and night vision is enabled its battery life will drop to 14 to 15 hours of operational time.
Solution:
Our development section is to look at making A.I.M.S.S is simple yet complex, these will provide the necessary connectivity required by the forces to work and also can connect to each device, every glass will come with a customization option.
A.I.M.S.S is easy to connect to the satellite or your mobile phone and also it will stay connected so that the data can have an immediate back up in the mobile phone in case if there is an error in the shades so that the previous data is not lost. Along with the mobile phone, it is always connected to the satellite so there is double back up.

Marketing Plans
The plans that we have come down to sell out product has to be very classified as this is a technology that is very high class even though it has high security enabled and can recognize its owner’s voice. If this technology is leaked there might be problems for the country, so we decided that the meeting to sell this product is going to be restricted to the people outside of the country’s defense organizations.
To advertise our products, we cannot do it on a social platform as there are chances for our company’s privacy being compromised. There are going to be a lot of organizations that are not going to be aware of our product’s existence for them we will have to go to their land and make them aware of A.I.M.S.S and how it functions and the benefits of it to their country’s security. This product cannot be advertised on social media sites as this is not for the citizens, so making countries aware of this is going to be very difficult and expensive as employees of our company will be needing to travel to the land to showcase A.I.M.S.S.
We have created private chatting and voice talk channels for our untraceable communication with other countries so that our conversations are safe and there are no interruptions.
After making sure that all our data has a secure end on both sides, we were ready to upload the data on the glasses and it could be ready to be used in the field.
We also tried to contact some soldiers so that they could test the equipment and then recommend their people at higher posts to get approval from them.
Risk Analysis
There are some risks in the usage of this technology but the highest one to look out for is for data theft and network/signal interpretation, because if once they are taken down there are high risks of confidential data to steal about the country and can use against them.
Some other risks are losing connection when in a stranded location and don’t have a way to get back to base camp, also chances might be that there are some internal system problems when in a warzone and can’t communicate with other soldiers or commanders at different locations.
Some other smaller faults in the device would be a specific part malfunctioning or a short circuit in the motherboard whereas these all damages will not cause much harm to the person wearing the shades.
Milestone & Timeline:
We plan to set up our company in India for now so that the Indian Defence Ministry which is one of the best security organizations a give us an honest opinion on what are the modifications or developments that we can add to A.I.M.S.S so that it gets better and better with its upgrades so that we can spread its awareness to other countries and we make it the best in the market a product that no would have ever seen.
After our target in India is achieved, we would like to get our manufacturing base to a larger area with more employees to manufacture A.I.M.S.S in a larger quantity.
Even though this is a difficult project to work on we still believe that this can be perfected and made the best technology that mankind has ever seen.
The day A.I.M.S.S will be used in all the countries is the day our company would be successful at fulfilling our wishes.
